The Super Bowl is the annual league championship game of the National Football League of the United States and one of the most watched games in the world. It has been the final game of every NFL season since 1966. It used to be played on Sundays in mid-January from 1967-1978, late January from 1979 to 2003 and the first Sunday of February from 2004 to 2021. Now it is played on the second Sunday in February. The winning team wins the Vince Lombardi Trophy, named after the Green Bay Packers coach who won the first two Super Bowls.
The half time show is one of the highest honours in music, usually feature one or several top artists. The Commercial airtime during the Super Bowl broadcast is the most expensive of the year because of the high viewership. It is the second largest event for American food consumption behind Thanksgiving.
The 2025 final features the reigning champions Kansas City Chiefs going for a third straight win, a record, and Philadelphia Eagles.
