Blue Monday

This is the name given to typically the third Monday of January by a UK travel company, Sky Travel, which is said to be the most depressing day of the year. It was first published in 2005, and was claimed they calculated the date using an “equation”, taking into account weather conditions, so it only applies to the Northern Hemisphere.
