Michaelmas
Michaelmas is a Christian festival observed in some Western liturgical calendars, and is one of the four quarter days of the financial year. In Christian angelology, the Archangel Michael is the greatest of all the angels and is honoured for defeating Lucifer in the war in heaven.
World Heart Day
In 2012, world leaders committed to reducing global mortality from non-communicable diseases by 25% by 2025. The day is used as the perfect platform for the cardiovascular disease community to united in the fight against the disease and reduce the global disease burden. It encourages people around the world to participate in activities to take charge of their hearth health and that of others.
