Azerbaijan Independence Day
This is the main state holiday in the country. It commemorates the Supreme Soviet of Azerbaijan adopting a Constitutional Act on the Declaration of Independence of Azerbaijan in 1991. There are parades held.
World Okapi Day
This day is about celebrating this animal and using it as a flagship species to protect the entire forest ecosystem in which it lives.
